Efrat Nir is the Founder and Managing Director of GlobaLead Executive Search and co-founder of TGA Executive Search, where she helped build a respected global boutique specializing in international recruitment for technology companies and high-growth startups.
With more than 15 years of experience in recruitment and executive search, Efrat has led international searches across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. She has successfully partnered with companies entering new markets and building global teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering and Pre-Sales, HR, and senior leadership functions.
Efrat brings a distinctive combination of executive search expertise and first-hand international business experience. Before entering recruitment, she held sales and pre-sales roles across the Asia-Pacific region. This commercial background gives her a strong understanding of global markets, complex technology solutions, and the qualities companies need in leaders who can drive international growth.
Known for her hands-on, relationship-driven approach, Efrat works closely with clients as a trusted advisor, combining targeted headhunting, local market insight, and an extensive international network to connect companies with exceptional talent.
Efrat holds a BA in East Asian Studies and Political Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and studied Chinese at Peking University in Beijing.
With almost two decades of experience in recruitment and executive search, Tamara has managed the worldwide recruitment of executives in a wide variety of fields, including software, telecommunications, life sciences, industry, retail and defense.
Tamara co-founded TGA Executive Search, a global executive search boutique firm, that has earned the reputation of one of the leading search firms for emerging technologies from Israel with overseas recruiting needs. She brings to Globalead 16 years of professional experience and successful senior placements across 4 continents.
Tamara’s international background gives her a uniquely global perspective. She published Israel’s first technology publication and co-founded a technology startup prior to her recruiting work. Through her involvement in the technology and investment markets, she has created a wide international network of leaders and skilled executives.
Tamara holds a Ph.D. from the London School of Economics in Government and an M.A. from Tel Aviv University in International Relations.
